As your sellers agent we will give you the up-to-date
information on what is happening in the market place and the
price, terms and conditions of competing properties. These are
key factors in setting your property sold at the best price, quickly,
with little inconvenience.
Marketing
We will go through the entire property with you,
recommending any repairs or cosmetic work that will significantly
enhance the sale of your home.The property will be on the Multiple
Listings Service exposing it to agents around the greater Southwest
Florida area.
Negotiation and Follow-up
The initial offer is only the beginning. We
will negotiate the best price, terms and conditioned for you
and work hard for you until the transaction closes. We will also
keep in touch after closing with market information and assist other
friends or relatives.
